Great stay during my holidays! the location was awesome, super convenient being close to a fresh seafood market and a supermarket 🐟. It was easy to access convenience stores as well.

- Clean, spacious, bright, comfortable room. Immediate access to long swimming pool - ideal for lap swimming. Affordable and tasty room service Thai dinner.

Room is a bit of "fishbowl". Service is efficient and friendly but not great by usual high Thailand standards of service.

The hotel was situated very close to the smart bus stop, just 5 minutes walking distance. Liked the pool.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, fresh towels, well-maintained pool, great location for bars and restaurants.

Everything was spot on.

Hotel should not charge me for a stay before my arrival but they did. No internet in the room, but possibility to free use of wifi in a lobby. Simple breakfast.

This lovely resort is located right beside the beach, just across the street from fabulous restaurants and close to everything. the spacious rooms come with a big fridge, comfortable beds, and clean bathrooms with great water pressure. the staff are friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make your stay pleasant. the breakfast buffet is delicious and served in a pleasant spot overlooking the pool. the pool area is beautiful with plenty of sun loungers and a bar with reasonably priced drinks.

Nice pool. No clorine. I think it was the salt water system. Water is not salty its just used in the cleaning system. Our room was right next to the pool. It was quiet. For breakfast the fruit, coffee machine, pastries, fried rice was very good. Free ride to a good beach. Ac was cold. Lots of resturants nearby. No problems with online booking. Airport to hotel taxi was only 500 baht with my Thai wife. Internet worked good.

Eggs at breakfast were cold. They should offer eggs cooked fresh to whoever wants eggs. No motorcycle rental nearby. No free ride back from the beach. Rocky beach out from the hotel. Ac was noisy on Auto. Fan speed fluctuated at lot. No desk or chair in the room for computer use.

Convenient for south of Phuket but not so commercialised as Karon or Patong.

There was some noise from adjacent bar until 2am. Also note that beds tend to be rather firm.

Helpful staff, food delivery option, quiet location, nearby 24-hour store, bike rental and parking, good security, large pools, well-kept greenery, shops and seafood restaurants nearby by the sea.

Nothing, it was perfect.

The staff are nice and the resort is peaceful. the location is marvelous and perfect for visiting Promthep Cape. - the room is recently decorated, neat, and has a comfortable bed. - the resort is in a calm part of town with a good size refrigerator.

The venue is set in a good location for our purpose of the visit.

We felt that it was difficult to order food and drinks as there was no information of serving times, room service was ok but our plates were not cleared away for three days and we had to ask someone to take them, the venue was not kept free of litter and the decor was shabby. rooms in poor location for swimming pool.

this hotel met needs well in every way, would be happy to recommend. the place was great and restaurant was great. thoroughly enjoyed their food, it was reasonably priced with a lot of meals. the service offered was excellent.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel here! The location of this place is just perfect, as it is right beside the beach and within walking distance to fabulous restaurants. I loved being able to enjoy a leisurely stroll along the shoreline and indulge in delicious meals at the nearby eateries. Not to mention, the hotel is surrounded by beautiful greenery, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere throughout the entire property.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We stayed for 2012 NewYear with our family (2 adult, 2 children 1 and 4 Y.O.) Wery good value for the money. We realized a good idea to stay at Rawai region (cheap quiet place) and have a rented car for all period of stay to visit all the beaches and interesting places at Phuket.
